
At first, you will receive your loan package with the list of certain documents you need to submit such as:
• Job History
• Income & Asset Verification
• Debt Verification, etc.
These documents will determine if you are qualified, but it does not mean that you are approved. This will just be the loan processor first look at your financial capability. You need to submit these requirements as scheduled by mail or fax. This step is considered intrusive somehow because there will be additional many very personal questions aside from the documents until the lender is satisfied. Then an assigned appraiser will review your property and a Title company will be selected. When this process is done then your loan application will go to underwriting.
