It was 2004 when we get married. Now that we have 2 children, going on three, we are planning to buy a home. Six years ago, we live on a small home for rent, which have just enough space for all of us. I think it is high time to own a home! However, our salary is not enough for us to buy a new house. Indeed, we can no longer save as much as we would like because there are many expenses like the things needed by my 2 children (aged 2 years old, and 11 months) and many household expenses.
I believed that we can buy a home gain a mortgage and start building a new life. But I think I need to do some research. So I opened my laptop, searched the Internet and look for a mortgage loan. I must admit I have a bad credit so I hope to find a financial institution that will give mortgage loans that is suitable to our needs and that will work to our advantage. I must find decent mortgages that will help us rebuild our credit and not to put us further into debt.
